ART HISTORY - Hayward, Tate Modern and Tate Britain Gallery Tour 21 – 22 July 2011 - 10 am to 4 pm - Cost: £92.00
This Gallery tour extravaganza will first take you to the Tracey Emin Exhibition at the Hayward Gallery, entitled ‘Love is What You Want’. The exhibition at the Southbank Centre is Emin’s first London show dedicated to her entire career. On the second day you will take in the Miró exhibition at the Tate Modern, followed by the delightful boat trip to the Tate Britain to enjoy the watercolour display. All under the guidance of Art historian, author, painter and official guide to the Tate, Rosemary Williams. Included in the cost: rail travel (from Surbiton to London), river boat, entrance to the Hayward, Tate Britain and Tate Modern galleries.
ART IN THE GARDEN - Watercolour for all levels 26 – 27 July 2011 - 10 am to 4 pm - Cost: £90.00
This wonderful 2 day session will delight all beginners to the more advanced users of watercolour. Set in the idyllic backdrop of our unique and beautiful heritage buildings and secluded gardens. This fabulous painting experience will lead you forward into many hours of creative fun.
ART IN THE GARDEN - Watercolour Techniques for all levels 16 – 17 August 2011 - 10 am to 4 pm - Cost: £90.00
This enjoyable 2 day session explores the many techniques available to the watercolourist. Set in the idyllic backdrop of our unique and beautiful heritage buildings and secluded gardens. This fabulous painting experience will lead you forward into many hours of creative fun and is for all levels who want to improve their watercolour skills, get the most out of colour, brush strokes, composition and improve technique
There is also an onsite subsidised canteen which serves a varied 3 course menu for only £3.50 per person.
