You shouldn’t let the latest photographic exhibition at Tolworth’s cornerHOUSE art centre get away… it’s called Escapism Captured.
The framed pictures of natural scenes are mainly English landscapes and seascapes, with sunrise and sunset featured prominently as well as examples of ‘urban’ beauty.

It’s the debut show of former press photographer Claire Harris, who now makes a living doing wedding pictures and covering live events.
“I’m passionate about nature and the environment, and slightly obsessed by the sea,” admitted Claire. “The exhibition reflects my love of beauty in nature.
“The sky’s ever-changing colours and the abundance of British wildflowers are my inspiration.”
Escapism Captured is at the cornerHOUSE from Tuesday, March 6 until Friday, March 30.
