Vocal coach Keesha Mclean's students will be performing in a showcase at the cornerHOUSE from June 8-10.
The students will be performing a variety of well know songs in all different styles.
"The annual student showcase is an important event for the students as it allows them to prepare and perform in a professional environment in front of a warm, supportive and sellout audience," explained the musical director of previous cornerHOUSE hit shows including After Dark Jazz Club, After Dark Tisket a Tasket, and After Dark Club Rougesque, as well as Sex, Love & Stalkers, A Spice of Life and A Century of Musicals.
The students who are split into seniors (13 plus) and juniors, will be performing songs from various musicals including '13, Matilda, The Book of Mormon, The Light in the Piazza, Little Women, You're A Good Man Charlie Brown, Scott Alan, Homemade Fusion, Avenue Q, In The Heights, and Wonderland to name but a few.
Keesha said the vocal showcase was the culmination of the journey of seeing the students improve, develop confidence, self belief and physically awareness of their performance.
"It is important they put what they are taught in the studio into practise to the highest standard they can achieve at this point of time in their vocal development," she added.
The seniors will perform on Friday, June 8 at 7.45pm and Saturday, June 9 at 7.45pm and the juniors on Saturday, June 9 at 2pm, and Sunday June 10 at 1pm at the theatre in Douglas Road, Surbiton.
