Witness England’s top hockey clubs compete for glory in the showpiece finale to the season, at Reading Hockey Club's Sonning Lane ground, this April. After a hard fought season the Men’s Premier League and the Investec Women’s Premier League reaches its pinnacle as the top four sides play off in a finals weekend showdown on 13 and 14 April 2013 and 20 and 21 April 2013 respectively.

On Saturday 13 April, 530pm, Surbiton Men's Hockey Team will play in the semi final for a chance to grab the title in the closing match, Sunday 14 April, 17.15

The Premier League finals are a fantastic family day out; an opportunity to see the stars of London 2012 do battle as the top four clubs play for a place in Europe and the league title. The two semi final matches will take place on each of the Saturdays respectively, with the final and third place play off being held on the Sunday. With much at stake you can guarantee that the Finals Weekend will be a real showcase event.
