Crafty Afty is rapidly becoming the established place to make things.

Nothing too organised – just an opportunity to come and spend a few hours (away from the rigour of kids and domestic chores) in the company of like-minded creative grown-ups.

If you’d like to brush up on your craft skills or learn a new technique, there’ll very likely be someone there who can help – all we ask is that you bring whatever materials you’ll be working with.

Bring whatever project you’re working on, or want to start. All forms of artistry welcome, whether it’s papier mache, patchwork, photography, drawing, jewellery-making, knitting, painting, cards making – anything.
If you need space to spread out there’s lots – if you need a table for a sewing machine or similar we have them – or just a chair for a natter and sharing ideas.
