This event is for everyone and anyone who rides or wants to get back on a bicycle. And for those that just want to come along for entertainment, food and a charity bar.

Two different routes have been suggested to suit the different levels of fitness and confidence of each cyclist - or you can just cycle where you want to. The important thing is for everyone to end up back at Claremont Gardens in Surbiton where we can celebrate cycling in the borough.

The Family Ride

Starting at 11:30am and finish at approximately 1pm. The suggested route is a gentle ride alongside the river crossing the river twice and taking in roads, park and riverbank. (approx 10 miles)

The Heritage and Classic cycle Ride

Starting at 11:45am and finish at approximately 1:15pm. (approx 6 miles) This is an opportunity to cycle your vintage, custom or classic bike and wear your finest classic period cycling clothes (Victorian, Edwardian, Steampunk - or whatever you want) or just come as you are and enjoy a ‘tip top’ ride around a newly devised heritage route devised as part of the Wheels of Time cycling heritage project.
