Surbiton Filter Bed Appeal

A developer says he’ll appeal against a decision, stopping him from building homes on Surbiton Filterbeds.

Hydro Properties, made the announcement after Kingston council rejected its plans. The developer wants to build 60 new homes and a marina on Portsmouth Road.
