This year's SurbExpo is shaping up to be a great day so if you haven't already, don't forget to reserve your ticket here to secure your place on the day:
This years theme is about how to uncover the valuable insights from easily accessible data that can drive your business success.
The big day - Surbofest Saturday, a full day of stalls, entertainments, the procession, live music, freshly cooked food, friends, festivities and fun.
Join us for our Sponsored Fun Walk in Richmond Park in aid of Refugee Action Kingston. Go Bananas is the theme for the walk, starting from Kingston Gate at 11am, and there'll be an inflatable banana for children taking part!
This year's photographic competition sponsored by Snappy Snaps Surbiton has been based on the theme 'Animal Magic'.
Run by Surbiton Photo Circle, the competition will end with an exhibition in St Andrew's Church which will be on show from Saturday 17th September - the same day as the Farmers' Market in Maple Road. So why not pop along from the market and take a look at this year's entries.
Winners will be announced on Tuesday 20th September.
The exhibition will remain available to view until the main Surbofest day on the twenty-forth. Just pop in and take a peek.
If you've ever wanted to try sailing or paddle-boarding then come down to the Thames Sailing Club on Saturday 17th September from 11.00am onwards and experts will be on hand to teach you a little about sailing or paddle-boarding. During the day you'll be able to have a go yourself. It's first-come first-served and you'll be allocated a time slot.
The Giggly-Pig company will be there selling some great burgers and sausage rolls and teas and coffees will be available from the club house.
There will also be a pay bar for cold alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
Surbo16 this year will take place from Saturday 17th September to Saturday 24th September.
It will all kick-off down at the riverside with Thames Sailing Club holding an open day,
there will be a comedy night, the annual Surbofoto photographic competition, SurbEXPO by SBC for businesses in the town and all culminating with the Surbofest on the 24th with stalls, carnival procession, live music and much, much more.
The Fircroft Trust are holding a Jumble Sale on Saturday the 8th of October from 11am to 2pm to raise much needed funds.
There will be a variety of stalls including clothes, bric-a-brac, toys and a Good as New stall. Refreshments will be available. We require good quality donations for the event, and collection can be arranged if required.
