There are no poppy sellers in Surbiton this year, why?

I have lived in Surbiton for 30 years. My dad went to Surbiton grammar school many years ago.. which is now Hollyfield Comp which I 'sort of' went to.. Sometimes... My sister did well at Surbiton high school and my mum had a long running successful business in Brighton road years ago.
Anyway I love Surbiton, the people and the people who
Are bonkers too.
