The Fircroft Trust is holding a jumble sale and good as new event. There will be a variety of stalls including clothes, brick-a-brac, toys, and there will be refreshments available.

The Fircroft Trust is a local charity supporting adults in the community with mental health problems and/or learning disabilities. Entrance is 50p for adults and free for children.

Police warn residents after tens of thousands of pounds-worth of jewellery stolen

Police have urged vigilance after a series of burglaries by a "well-organised gang", including at houses where windows were locked and CCTV installed.
