George? Streatfield, local to Surbiton in 1930s?

We are trying to find out about a man who was PROBABLY named George Streatfield, who was local to Surbiton/Tolworth/Kingston in the early 1930s. He may also have been Frederick.
We have a photo, but I can't work out how to upload it here.
