Police search for missing man

POLICE are appealing for information after a man went missing from Tolworth hospital a month ago.

Stephen Waller, 46, who has been described by police as a vulnerable man, was last seen at the hospital in Surbiton, on Monday, September 27.

He is described as being white, approximately five foot 11 inches tall, with blue eyes and of medium build.

Stephen, who has mental health issues, has been in contact with his parents, who say he is well.

It is believed he has left the borough.
