Builders - looking for recommendations

Hello, Everyone,

I'm moving to a flat near Surbiton Station, hopefully this month or next. The flat needs quite a bit of work: walls moved, new floors, new kitchen, new bathroom, some electrics redone, redecorating etc. Are there any local firms you recommend? I'm looking for a company that's fast, friendly and honest. Too much to ask?

Alternatively, are there any sites where I can find trustworthy recommendations?

Apologies if this type of post isn't allowed but I don't know anybody locally to ask.

By the way, what's the name of someone from Surbiton. Is it "Surbitonian"?

try checkatrade - they are very honest & you can find some good workmen from it - we did when we did a complete refurbish a couple of years ago

i know of a good reputable company Pearwood Joinery who does a very good and their number is 07973218895. Good luck
