Crews tackle flat fire in Surbiton. 06 August 2012. Firefighters tackled a fire in a basement flat on Uxbridge Road, in Surbiton yesterday morning. A small part of the basement was damaged by the fire, but thankfully no one was injured.

On Tuesday 24th July the Olympic Torch passed through Surbiton on Day 67 of it's tour of the UK, starting in Hook along the Hook road coming into Surbiton along Upper Brigton Road around 8.45am.
