The third British Bread Golf Open returns to Kingston
A charity day that sees Kingstonians using a golf club to whack pieces of bread toward a boat in the middle of the Thames returns this weekend. The third British Bread Golf Open raising money for Creative Youth will take place outside Woody’s bar this Sunday, November 18, starting at 1pm. Last year’s event, won by Stuart Daniels, attracted nearly 100 competitors, featuring councillors Bob Steed and 2010 champion Barry O’Mahony, and raising more than £700 for good causes.
