An NHS Trust has admitted liability for the brain damage suffered by a three-year-old boy from Surbiton during birth.
Julian Leynster will now receive compensation for the lifetime of care and rehabilitation he'll need. His brain was starved of oxygen after the Royal Surrey County Hospital delayed sending his mother Helen for a Caesarean for two hours. She told the Evening Standard her son is a lovely little boy but he will need 24-hour care for the rest of his life.
