Have your say on Tolworth Tower plans at CNM Estates public exhibition

What does the future hold for Tolworth Tower now that developers CNM Estates have taken the reins?

The group will hold a public exhibition to show off its plans and allow residents to grill its development team.

The exhibition will be held in the tower, with entry via the Ewell Road entrance, on:

  • Thursday, March 5, from 3pm to 7pm
  • Friday, March 6, from 10am to 5pm
  • Saturday, March 7, from 10am to 2pm

CNM, who built the Red Square development on Ewell Road and have begun work on Surbiton Point at the Ellerton Road junction, are not the only ones to unveil a new vision of a regenerated Tolworth. Tesco, who long planned to build a superstore off the roundabout, backed down last year and said they planned a residential development of some 800 homes.

Boris Johnson, the mayor of London, said earlier this month that Tolworth was one of several locations around the capital where main roads could be sunk underground.
