Br3nda Kingston has some of the safest homes in London.
Metropolitan Police figures show the London local authority wards with the highest and lowest rates of burglary during the past year. They reveal that Berrylands has only 2.5 burglaries per 1,000 inhabitants, though neighbouring Kingston wards Chessington South and Coombe Vale did even better.
The Cantelowes ward, a part of Camden which contains a mix of large privately owned Victorian homes and council flats, achieved the unwanted position of London's worst burglary hot spot after suffering more than 24 burglaries for every 1,000 residents last year.

I live in Berrylands and have nothing worth pinching,Mr Brown has disposed all of my disposal income years ago.Perhaps I am not alone and the Bad Boys know it,or...........it maybe that the Community Policeman are having a dramatic effect on crime in this area,they now patrol in a Prius,how cool is that.

It's probably because Berrylands is such a maze they're scared they'd never get a quick getaway.
More likely the smell drives them away.
