Surbiton corner shop knife attacker sentenced at Old Bailey.
42-year-old Anthony Bolden savagely attacked Food Fare shopkeeper Pararajasingam Somasundaram in August 2005. After threatening violence and demanding money he stabbed Mr Somasundaram 18 times and ran away with the cash register.
Later, when confronted by the police, Bolden attacked an officer with a spade before being arrested along with his accomplice Jacqueline White.
Bolden was sentenced last week at the Old Bailey after pleading guilty to attempted murder. Wilson was sentenced last February for six months after pleading guilty to assisting an offender.
