A Witness appeal has been launched following the death of a Surbiton man after he was hit by a motorbike earlier this year.
Just after 6.30pm on Wednesday, November 17, the emergency services were called to Ewell Road, near Langley Road, after reports that a man had been hit by a motorcycle.
James Christoper Daley, 68, known as Jim, was taken to hospital in a critical condition where he remained for 12 days.
He never recovered from the injuries and died on Monday, November 29. A post mortem gave the cause of death as a head injury.
The motorcyclist involved in the crash did stop at the scene and has assisted police in the investigation.
