Hit and run into the river

Police are gravely concerned over the whereabouts of a man who jumped into the Thames at Surbiton after a crashing his car. No one has heard from Paul Cousins since March 20 when the incident happened. Police fear he may have drowned.

After crashing his silver Vauxhall Vectra and being chased by several of the occupants of the affected cars, he jumped into the river and hasn't been seen since.

Police are appealing for anyone who has not come forward already to contact them at Esher Police Station on 0845 125 2222.
