The general election candidates in Kingston and Surbiton have outlined their three local priorities for if they are elected.

A 16-year-old cyclist has suffered potentially "life-changing" injuries after they were involved in a collision with a car in Surbiton on Friday.

The crash happened in Brighton Road shortly before midday, at the junction of Balaclava Road and Maple Road - near the Black Lion pub.
