What an appalling place. I have been going to the Beauty Room for around 8 years until I started my family a couple of years ago and somehow have less time these days. The last pedicure I had was terrible - the beautician confessed towards the end that she had forgotten her glasses that day and asked a colleague to finish the job, but by this time the damage had been done. Nail varnish all over my toes, a total mess. I had to go back next day to get it completely re-done.

More latterly, I was given a massage voucher but was unable to cash it in during the time of validity as my youngest son has been ill and then sadly we had a family bereavement following a long illness, which meant my husband was rarely home and I had no time to visit a salon for a massage. Pregnant again and so tired I have been signed off work, I went back to the salon to ask if they would honour the voucher, given my circumstances and that I've been a customer for so long. They flatly refused. I cannot see why - they have been paid money which they haven't had to work for. Instead they are losing my custom permanently and damaging their reputation. How utterly short-sighted. More fool you, Beauty Room.

I regularly have waxes at the Beauty room and I have also had a couple of thread vain treatments which were very successful. The team is professional and friendly. They go out of their way to fit me in late in the evening. Wax's are quick and low on the pain rickter scale! Can't recommend them enough.

I have been seeing Rhonda and her staff for the last five years and cannot recommend them highly enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Responsive, professional, and very child friendly (many's the time I have had a quick wax with my three year old in the room!!!!!). Top marks for client service.
