The last real, regulars and locals pub left!
Treasure this place; park yourself in front of the fire, with a pint of something you enjoy, and look around at what proper pubs used to be like. Carpets on the floor, dogs ambling around and familiar faces telling tall stories and grumbling about the weather. Home from home.
See you there. Mine’s a pint.
Not a bad pub, it looks much better from the outside (the building and the fact that it's on the Thames) than it actually is on the inside. Welcoming enough though, and the pool table is only a quid.
Not the best. It is ok for an occasional drink. The location is not actually that good. If you sit outside, you can just about see the river and Home Park, but it is accompanied by the noise from the very busy Portsmouth Road.
If you want a riverside drink in Surbiton, Harts Boatyard is the only option.

Legendary hospitality out done only by the warmth of the real fire
