Truely truely rubbish, at both the Surbition and Thames Ditton branches. They lie, they are evasive, difficult to work, their administration skills are zero and are clearly not working in your best interests, only their own! Seriously use any other estate agent, these lot deserve to go out of business with their underhand methods.

We used several agencies to sell our house in one of the river roads
HJC were complacent, unprofessional, rubbish
John at AP Homes sold our house almost immediately with professionalism and pride

I can't agree more. I am looking to buy a home around the river roads having sold my house last year. I am completely staggered by the incompetence and lack of interest in the estate agents in Surbiton HJC being one. i am ready to buy but getting anyone to ring you back or contact you when a new house comes on the market is a joke.
