I think they meant they get four stars instead of five, because the lack of variety brings it down.

I think it's great to pick up bits and pieces, what they do have I've never had a problem with. :) And absolutely yes for the opening time on Sunday, even Waitrose closes at 4.

Marks and Spencer is a lifesaver on a Sunday evening, being open at 7pm. I'm always happy with the quality and the only reason it gets 4 stars in because of the range of food.

Are you serious, go to Kingston’s M&S and see the “range of food” there, and before you comment that the Surbiton store is too small to accommodate that range, how about changing the selection on a monthly basis, no rocket science is it?

Always the same stuff, over and over again, no wonder the place is now empty!

Quite agree about the need for a regular change of selection. Although I must admit that I've stopped shopping in M&S since they started charging for bags.

Gladly i've heard that many people think that is pretty obviously with the crisis companies like Marks and Spencer tend to go down the rope.
