OK, its NY's day because I was hungry and needed to eat quickly. Ordered online because its more secure and I had a deal to get £10 off my order. I wanted salad with my pizza because I feel unhealthy enough eating pizza this close to Christmas. 40 mins into the order, they called me to let me know they didn't have any left and offered a replacement, which frankly I didn't want. I asked to cancel the order but they said the pizza was already cooked and I would have to ring up customer service on Tuesday for a refund. I decided MISTAKENLY to carry on.

Now the pizza was ready and they had to cook the crappy starters I didn't really want.

They delivered my food an hour after this phone call, meaning my pizza had been cooked and waiting for an hour. Obviously it was awful, dry, cold and barely edible. If I wasn't starving and if it wasn't' too late to order anything else Id' have chucked it. The order unwanted side orders were also cold and I didn't eat them.

Dont order online as the pizza never arrives in less than an hour and they normally have to ring you to find the address which you had giving them on the order. Dont ring them as the phone rings for ever and the people they put on the phones are useless at taking orders or listening to what you say. And dont expect them to have any deliveries on a busy night, like a friday or saturday. Apart from those bad points, Pizza Hut Surbiton is undoubtable the worst Pizza Hut delivery unit in the Western world and the sucess rate of 1 good pizza comes from every 20 orders
