The worst double glazing company, please be aware , their fitters installed a bay window incorrectly and the installation was failed by FENSA, the surveyor measured the window incorrectly and the new bay window is too small for the opening, they sold windows which are supposed to be energy efficient A rated and certified by the BFRC, it has now been discovered that the company are not even BFRC registered AND THE COMPANY HAS FAILED TO PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF CERTIFICATION BY THE BFRC. The director Ron Godffrey does not respond to complaints and makes several excuses for the defective installation. They have has not refunded the monies paid. The company has very bad reputation as other complaints have been seen on the web. The company does not provide you with details of any insurance if damage is caused to your property during installation or by their installers.
