Kingston Chamber Singers, The Percussion Ensemble of London, Janet Shell (mezzo-soprano), Daryl Griffith and Simon Ferris (two pianos), Benjamin Costello (conductor/piano).

A feast of British music for choir, two pianos and a battery of percussion kicks off this year's Thames Concerts Series: Lambert's effervescent The Rio Grande, Salzedo's exciting Concerto for Percussion, Rodney Bennett's jazz-infused Four Piece Suite, atmospheric songs by Dring, and the world premiere of a new arrangement of Dyson's dramatic choral fantasiain celebration of London, In Honour of the City.

Thames Concerts Ltd, a charitable foundation, is the Borough's foremost concert promoter and has hosted an annual series of prestigious chamber music concerts in the area since the 1960s. The series recently moved to St Andrew's Church, Surbiton.
