The cornerHOUSE is delighted to be hosting a Brass players’ Workshop on Sunday 22nd October, in partnership with Thames Concerts and Kingston Arts.

Participants will receive one-to-one coaching from members of Westcombe Brass, who are giving the first in the new Thames Concerts series the night before (Sat 21st Oct -see http://www.thamesconcerts.com/)

The Workshop will run from 2-5pm, with a concert from 5.15 till 6pm in which participants can perform the piece they have been working on if they wish.

The Workshop is open to all brass players of Grade 3 standard and above. It’s completely free, though applicants should send a deposit of £10 which is refundable on the day. Tea and cakes will be provided mid-afternoon.

Entry for non-participants to observe the workshop and attend the performance is £5, payable on the door.
