Delighted to read that police and the community have united to catch these thugs. Let's hope they feel the full force of the law and we can draw a line underneath this.

Agreed. This type of thing happens all over the place these days, but it doesn't make it any less shocking when it happens in your own town, a town where I walk around feeling safe at all hours of the day and evening. I feel a little less safe now :(

I wish a speedy recovery to the victims here and hopefully a fitting punishment for the cowardly attackers.

The cowardly attackers will no doubt receive the onerous punishment of an ASBO unless their clever legally aided lawyer can claim they were in fact the victims under some bizarre Human Rights legislation.

Yeah! Lets chop their ears off and make them go back to bongo bongo land! Not like it was in my day, back in 19-tickedy-5 we would have had the louts trashed in the streets! Pip pip tally ho! Stupid human rights making sure people are treated with dignity...

When you or a loved one is the victim then you might feel dealing with violent criminals is more important than making wisecracks while pushing your evil political message anonymous.
Pity they picked the wrong person

Great stuff made me chuckle.Well done
