Driving Test Centre

I passed my test in 1972 and think the test centre was then near the Waggon and Horses.

Does anyone know its address?

The test centre was the left one is the pair of semis in the attached Streetview. Google has it as 134 Maple Road.

I thought the centre was actually the semi on the right 134A, on the corner of Claremont Road, opposite Claremont Hall, I might be wrong. I do know it was one of the first test centres in the country. I took three driving tests there, (You had to park on the road in Adelaide Road or Avenue Elmers), then one ADI part one and three ADI part 3 tests there as well! https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@51.3983243,-0.3038503,3a,75y,120.8h,83.88t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1snOk1UK-Z7wnuti3fI1ISOg!2e0!7i13312!8i6656

Sorry, the Streetview didn't work, it just takes you to the centre of Maple Road!
