Fund Raising Night 24th August 2008 - Surbiton, Surrey

Hi All

My amateur football team, Darkside FC, are staging a summer event in Surbiton, on the 24th August. The event will include a “Silent Auction”, the attendee’s will submit bids for the items on offer, and the highest bidder wins. We hope this will raise enough money to be able to secure our pitches for the forthcoming season, as we are a self funded side, and so rely on our fund raising nights and player donations to run the club.

I am writing to ask if you may be able to make donations that we could auction off to bidders. In return we are able to offer some advertising on our club website, and some local coverage to your business.

If there is anything further we can offer in return, or you have any questions regarding our request or our football team, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Kind Regards
