Good tenant /for Landlords

Hello

New to the site so apologies if this is in the wrong area (I don't think it is exactly a classified ad). I am currently working in Argentina and am moving back to England and specifically to Surbiton. I lived in Surbiton in 1996-2000 I think it was. I was hoping to get in contact directly with any potential landlords, rather than estate agents, with a view to renting a property.

I am a good tenant; I work from home, am married, non-smoker, non-party-er, solvent, have been renting the same place here for 7 years, etc. Anyway, I can provide further details about myself directly but we are looking for a 2 bedroom house/flat, separate kitchen, available from August 20th give or take. One double bed and the second (bed) room to be used as an office/study (so it doesn't have to necessarily be a two-double bedroom property). In Surbiton itself, rather than Tolworth etc, ideally.

Anyway, if there's anyone here with a property to let or if you have any friends who are landlords I would be very grateful if can contact me directly via this site (I haven't published my phone number and so on for obvious reasons). I have family in London so they can help with the arrangements in advance, view the property on my behalf etc.
