Since Langley Medical Practice moved to the new Surbiton Health Centre, it is impossible to get through on the phone. Usual excuses, robot voice, lines all busy, please call back later. Has anyone else had this problem? I thought when they moved, customer service would improve, not get worse.

18 mins just trying to get on the call queue and another 6 mins in the queue
I attended as a patient yesterday and the systems are not working as they should. Patients could not check in and there were long queues.
Put it down to teething problems.
