Urgent: Parking permit in South Bank zone

Hi,

I am planning to buy a flat on South Bank road near the station. Would anyone know if there are any restrictions on receiving new parking permits on that street due to any reasons? The property does not have an allocated parking and I am basing my decision on that there is permit parking on the street.

Hi, I live in that area. You just need to go to the permit office and prove you live in the zone and they will give you a permit without any issue.

There should not be any reason that you would not get one.

I think the permits are limited to one per household and there are a (very) few new build places that do not have the right to apply for one because it was excluded at planning permission time.
