A Surbiton special needs school has continued its outstanding streak having been described as a “calm and happy place”.
Ofsted inspectors who visited Dysart School at the start of the academic year in September noted that headteacher Leigh Edser, who took over about two years ago, had contributed to further improvements at the already successful school.
The report, published last month, continued in the same footsteps as the last inspection in January 2012, which also found the school to be outstanding.
The school now takes 80 students and was given permission to build an extension in Langley Road in February this year.
