Children from Lime Tree School helped Surbiton Wildlife Group put in a hedgehog house in the grounds behind their school last week.
A group of young wildlife enthusiasts joined the carpenter, Gary Gautier, who made the hedgehog house to install the home on Thursday, April 14, and go on a tour of the woods in which a badger was spotted a few weeks ago behind Surbiton station. Tom Hooker, chairman of Surbiton Wildlife Group, visited the Surbiton school to help set up the house and camera to capture the movements of the animals which could live there.
