Berrylands business takes on multinational.

Kingston Breakfast Run organiser John Lunt had planned to take Nike to the High Court to stop it using his company’s name, Human Race, for its worldwide charity event on August 31.

A last minute settlement means that Mr Lunt has been sworn to secrecy over what, if any, deal Nike made with him on the eve of the case, but he did confirm that Nike will continue to call its event the Human Race.
