So have the Daily Mail started to campaign against Tesco,seems a bit drastic but might increase the circulation in these parts?
Perhaps all local pension scheme members should tell their Trustees to sell the Tesco holdings as it is such a nasty company making all those profits and providing dividend growth.

What a pity,such a good site too.
Perhaps Tesco can sell it to the Government for them to build a tasteful prison or illegal immigrant detention centre.
There again it will probably just stagnate or become a travellers town.

I wonder if this is damage limitation for all the negative PR they've been having recently. What they are basically saying is 'we're going to try again later but not be so ambitious this time'. It's not like they've been denied permission is it?
