Village Pizza owner Faraidoon Qaderi has been prosecuted after Kingston Council received complaints that the take-away had been opening beyond its restricted opening hours and having issued a notice requiring Mr Qaderi to keep to the agreed hours.
He pleaded guilty to trading outside hours detailed in the planning permission for his premises at Kingston Magistrates' Court and was ordered to pay a total of £1,228.50 in fines and costs on April 29.

As of last inspection, it got 2/5 stars (Feb 2008), which is half way between "good" and "poor", which boils down to:
"Broadly compliant: Broadly compliant with food safety legislation. More effort required to meet all legal requirements."
