Im relatively new to the area, I am looking to join some kind of table tennis club or badminton, i would even like to join a tennis club however they seem to be a bit dear. Can anyone help out here, since ive lived here ive put on about 2 stone !

For tennis and Squash there is Surbiton Racket and Fitness Club in Berrylands. http://www.surbiton.org/
The Windmill Badminton club plays every Monday (except bank holidays) and has an intermediate standard of play.
New players are always welcome but no beginners please. We say this to maintain a good standard of play for our members.
The location is the Tiffin sports centre, part of the Tiffin School, Kingston on Thames, KT2 6RL
The time of play is between 7-10pm.
The cost is £5 per session or if a member there is a season price which works out cheaper than paying each week seperately.

There is free parking with the entrance being off the London Rd (A308).
If coming from Kingston the gated entrance is on the left and just after the bus stop by the church.
If coming from London, the gated entrance is immediately on the right after the Hire Shop (which has a blue and yellow sign).
Once in follow the road round to the right and park anywhere on the right.
Change of day - we now play on Tuesday evenings from 8-10, still at Tiffins Sports Centre. New players are welcome (no beginners) and play is on a membership only basis after 3 weeks as a guest.

I've never been myself, but Tolworth Rec does table tennis. But it's prolly just as expensive as joining a real tennis club.
