How long to Waterloo

How long are the fast trains taking to Waterloo now and can you get a seat between 8 and 9?

Thanks.

While I'm chatting, does Surbiton have any other forums less blighted by racist retards?
The timetabled journey is 16-17 minutes, but in reality it takes more like 20.

You can get a seat on most of the trains from 8-8.30, but only if you are waiting on the platform directly by one of the doors. Easier after 8.30. There are about 12 an hour.
Most appreciated, thank you :)

I don't live in Surbiton which is why I wanted to ask someone who does. Specifically about conditions during the peak morning period.
God you're a toss pot.
