Christmas Day is a special time at YMCA Surbiton for around 100 people from the community and for our residents.

For this year’s fun photographic competition, we’re looking for those mad hatters who are prepared to have their mug shots taken and presented as part of Snappy Snaps Surbofoto 2015.

You can enter up to three images, as long as they are with the judges by Monday 31st August, 2015.

So go ask your friends, relatives, colleagues or even your enemies to don their best ‘titfer’ and start snapping. There’ll be prizes worth hundreds of pounds plus other great photographic goodies to win.

The Soldiers Tale The Waldegrave Ensemble presents an exciting programme of music for clarinet, violin and piano with works written after the great world wars by some of the greatest composers of the 20th century.

Featuring Elliott Devivo on clarinet, Nigulia Mirzayeva on Violin, and Gavin Roberts on piano, this is a recital not to be missed this Winter!

The Play Pod is a new soft play for 0-4 yrs, where children can come and play while the parents/carers can come and relax and have a bite to eat or just a simple coffee.

We are starting with a Fun Day on Monday 12th August from 10am - 2pm and will run Mon-Thurs 10am-2pm (excluding bank holiday) during August.

Please pop in for play session with your kids.

We will be located in St Marks Church Hall - Entrance on Church Hill Road.

This coming Sunday the Waldegrave Ensemble with members of the London Philharmonic and BBC Concert Orchestra will be performing Tchaikovsky's Souvenir de Florence and William Byrd's Fantasia.

The sensitivity of these musicians has to be heard. A performance not to be missed.
