The place had been refurbished since we last went there but they still had not replaced the broken plant pot outside. Last time we went the pizza was good and the staff friendly. This time was a totally different experience. The waiter was grumpy and they got our order wrong when there was only a few other couples in the restaurant. The food was very average when it came . I recommend going to the new pizza express on Surbiton high street if you want consistantly good pizza and great service
Totally agree it's not what it was and the staff were pretty rude to us too!
I have been to the La Terrazza quite a few times and have always been made most welcome,the staff are attentive and the menu is varied and offers very good value for money.
Can recommend this to anyone seeking authentic Italian food.

Really great local Italian restaurant. Fantastic whole sea bass with wild fennel my favourite. Has been in surbiton for nearly twenty years ! Service is super and the manager Joe really makes the place buzz. They have great dance and music facilities, especially good for large parties . We held my mums silver wedding bash here and they looked after us like royalty.
A forgotten gem in surbiton and so nice when the whole of Kingston & much of Surbiton seems to be chained owned eateries with no soul. Well worth a try.
And that restaurant would be??
