Charisma Bypass Butcher in Waitrose Surbiton

Has anyone else had the pleasure of being served by the charisma-bypass butcher in Waitrose Surbiton? My husband asked him to score the rind around the edge of a pork chop. Apparently, being a butcher, you would think he knew what my husband meant but he was greeted with the usual blank stare. So he wrapped up the pork chop and then out of curiousity my husband asked 'Why couldn't you score it?'. The reply was 'Once the meat has been cut, I can't hold it'. You couldn't make it up.

cornerHOUSE panto! No Strings Attached

Jan '70
Thu 1st

You might have to pull a few strings to get tickets for the cornerHOUSE’s forthcoming panto.
The show is always a sell-out, and the scrum to get a seat for No Strings Attached, January’s much anticipated feast of entertainment, could be even fiercer this time around as the cast celebrate 25 years of fairytale adventures and comic capers.
Be sure to book your seat for a roller coaster ride of magic, friendship, skulduggery and derring-do by a stringless puppet called Pinocchio and his much-put-upon sidekick Jiminy Cricket.
