These drop in classes are perfect for beginners. Each class includes a guided meditation and a talk. Everyone welcome - no need to book. There is no physical exercise involved in the class and everyone sits on chairs.

Spring Grove Morris Men - Free Morris Dance Try-Out

Spring Grove Morris Men, your local Morris team, invite you to a Morris Dance Try-out – Free!

Men of all ages are invited to two free open evenings where you can learn a Morris dance under expert tuition and find out about this centuries old tradition. Afterwards join us in the Spring Grove Pub for a chat and a restorative pint. Come dressed in comfortable shoes and an instrument if you want to play.
