Learning meditation helps to develop habits of positive thinking resulting in a clear and happy mind.

These drop in classes are perfect for beginners. Each class includes a guided meditation and a talk. Everyone welcome - no need to book. There is no physical exercise involved in the class and everyone sits on chairs.

The Lighthouse children's home provides both long term and short break care for children with autism and learning disabilities.

Spring Grove Morris Men - Free Morris Dance Try-Out

Spring Grove Morris Men, your local Morris team, invite you to a Morris Dance Try-out – Free!

Men of all ages are invited to two free open evenings where you can learn a Morris dance under expert tuition and find out about this centuries old tradition. Afterwards join us in the Spring Grove Pub for a chat and a restorative pint. Come dressed in comfortable shoes and an instrument if you want to play.
