Giant Hungry Hippos 18th & 19th June at The Lamb

The next bonkers Seething Wells event will take place on 18th and 19th June at The Lamb on Brighton Road, when everyone can join in building and playing a 10 x scale replica of the children's game. You can sign up to play by emailing gianthungryhippos@gmail.com. Tournament places are limited, so hurry and get your team together and start getting sponsorship.

We will be raising money for Creative Youth, who are behind the International Youth Arts Festival http://www.iyafestival.org.uk, which runs from 1st to 18th July 2011 in Kingston, and The Brains Trust a UK based brain cancer charity, dedicated to improving clinical care for brain tumour sufferers and providing co-ordinated support in their search for treatment.

If you are a local business and would like to be involved, we are looking for prizes for competitors and to raffle or auction on the day. If you can offer as little as a free cappuccino from your coffee shop or a two-for-one voucher to promote your business, we will make sure everyone knows how generous you are and what a great asset to the community your business is. Email gianthungryhippos@gmail.com with your details and how we can contact you.

It's what Lefi would have wanted.
