The shadow public health minister will hold part of her walkaround outside Kingston and Surbiton MP Ed Davey's Berrylands constituency office.
His vote will help decide whether the health bill goes through or not although as a cabinet minister he is expected to vote with the Government.
She will also meet with Labour activists outside Surbiton library beforehand at 2pm.
Energy secretary Edward Davey has said concerns about NHS reforms are misplaced thanks to Liberal Democrat intervention.
But members of his own party and many within the NHS have raised serious misgivings, leading to a joint letter this week from deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg and Baroness Shirley Williams setting out amendments they want to limit competition and the role of the private sector.
