Resident resist proposed opening hours extension for The Lamb in Brighton Road

A petition submitted to the licensing sub-committee stated, 'In view of the close proximity of the premises to all our homes the noise from the premises will not only make living conditions more difficult but will also affect the daily lives and well-being of many families with young children and older members in this neighbourhood.'

Neighbours to the pub claim that during its recent closer for refurbishment, they enjoyed quieter evenings and less disturbances from late-night revellers.
